Next to gender-free, age-free!
Updating values on age and 
increasing options for how to live and work.

At what age - you can't. At what age ~must~ be done. Must you obey at all times? Amongst the unconscious biases, Japan has a deep-rooted age prejudice in society, which unconsciously tends to limit the possibilities not only for oneself but also for others and organisations. This is especially true for women, whose options are narrowed the further they travel to the countryside. We raise awareness of this issue by discussing and exchanging opinions from a global perspective.

STI for Wellbeing 
Ministerial Award!     Well-being & Age-Tech Award

Aiming to discover and promote the use of science, technology and innovation to enhance the wellbeing and inclusiveness of the super-aged society, Age Tech is a major call for entries every year. After judging by professionals in innovation, intellectual property, policy and investment, the awards include the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award and the Minister of Digital Award. Mentoring support is underway for the winners. Investment and promotion of partnerships with universities and foundations abroad, as well as support for expansion to other countries around the world with the same challenges.

Re-designing Work

DEI&B for creating innovation and improving wellbeing cannot be achieved simply by increasing the number of women and age diversity. It is inevitable that highly homogeneous organisations are more likely to follow precedents and whistle-blow. An awareness-raising event was held to question the merits and demerits of Japan's new graduate recruitment, seniority system and retirement system, and to propose a redesign of the way of living and working in the 100-year age. Planning to collaborate with a Finnish wellbeing management company, which has the world's highest level of happiness.
